We are looking for:
Inside Sales Agent- Are you a customer service orientated individual that loves people and building relationships? We are hiring and ISA to convert leads to appointments. Our sales team is slammed with good leads who need a little more immediate attention.
- Responsibilities include fielding incoming leads from internet sources and sign calls, and maintaining contact with those leads over time to ultimately foster them into qualified appointments. Our ISA’s make approximately 50-100 calls per day and communicate efficiently with the rest of the sales team.
Digital Marketing Intern-Are you looking to gain invaluable experience through an internship with a company employing the latest in digital marketing systems? We’re hiring a Digital Marketing intern to perform tasks associated with what we call CAB: Create Content, Advertise it on Facebook and Blast it out through email. You’ll learn from and report directly to the owners of The Red Door Team.
- Responsibilities include publishing blog posts, sending email marketing messages, running Facebook ads and building our presence in the communities we serve.
Transaction Coordinator - Our Real Estate Business is growing so fast we can hardly keep up. We have an immediate opening for a Client Success/Transaction Coordinator with some executive assistant duties to assist real estate executives. You'll work in a fast-paced real estate office assisting our team of top flight Buyers Agents while managing contracts to closing, and working in tandem with our admin. We offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business.
We have a superb reputation and an internationally coveted luxury brand. So, if you are committed to excellence, a team player and willing to ask for help when needed - this is the right position for you. You must also be highly self-motivated and have a sense of humor (or you’ll never make it with us). You should be super smart, an organizer, a fast learner, a positive person, and a great communicator able to find creative solutions while being polite, polished, professional and discreet.
- Responsibilities: This position requires a great memory, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines... all while maintaining tact, finesse, discretion and empathy for the client’s concerns in sometimes stressful situations.
Real Estate Buyers Agent-Are you seeking a full pipeline, hands on training and a process oriented team with systems in place to allow you the freedom to focus on providing a world –class service to your clients? We’re hiring a licensed buyer’s agent to come on board and hit the ground running. You’ll learn from and report directly to the owners of the Red Door Team.
- Responsibilities include lead generation (50/50 on leads given and received from Team to Agent), researching suitable properties-including those “for sale by owner” and those in the MLS, to make showing appointments based on your consultations with buyers and assisting your lead agent through out the training period.
Real Estate listing coordinator- are you looking for a part time job working with the Lead Listing Agents?
- Responsibilities include High communication skills and a serving mindset is required. From the time the homes are listed until they are in contract we want someone tracking activity, meeting inspectors, repair people, appraisers, delivering marketing materials etc. It’s an on the go job some days and report writing on others. Flexibility is key.
